Care Options & Hours

Daytime Support: $55 per hour with a minimum of 2 hours per visit
Overnight Support: $60 per hour with a minimum of 6 hours per visit

Daytime care is offered from 9a.m. - 2 p.m. and focuses on the entire family and is flexible day to day as needs arise. Please see practical support overview below for more information.

Nighttime care is offered from 9 p.m. - 6 a.m. and optimizes sleep for parents while supporting baby's natural sleep cycles. Please see practical support overview below for more information.

  • Gift cards are also available upon request. Our gift certificates start in the amount of $100 and can be customized to represent a package option.

  • Twins are an additional $10 hourly.

  • Travel fee of $50 for outside of Sonoma County

Practical Support

  • Initial meeting to get to know each other and see if we are a good fit

  • In-home consultation to learn about your needs, meet your family and become familiar with your home

  • Running errands (i.e. light grocery shopping, 

  • Meal preparation 

  • Light housekeeping

  • Care for baby when parents want to shower, nap, or spend some special time with older child(ren)

  • Nursery organization 

  • Help with older children 

  • Resources and Referrals

  • Non-judgemental family support

Informational Support

  • Help understanding baby cues

  • Soothing techniques

  • Diapering and newborn care

  • Newborn feeding support 

  • Infant sleep solutions

  • Babywearing assistance

  • Hands-on education for infant and mama care

Emotional Support

  • Offering a listening and non-judgemental ear

  • Birth experience processing

  • Caring for birthing person as they recover from vaginal birth or cesarean birth

  • Screening for postpartum mood disorders
