  • One prenatal meeting to discuss your desires for birth, how I can support you best, as well as the birthing process.

  • Birth plan preparation

  • Access to/overview of Motherboard birth education and planning

  • Rebozo with instruction for comfort, labor support and connection

  • Continuous birth support: in-home, hospital, or birth center 

  • Assistance in establishing  first feeding

  • Photography during labor/birth (if desired)

  • One postpartum follow-up visit

  • Unlimited phone/text/e-mail support with holistic counseling/resources throughout your pregnancy and early postpartum.

Enhanced

Careful preparation for the baby with breastfeeding/chestfeeding consultation.

Back-up Doula Care

  • Back-up doula support in case of emergency or in the unlikely event I am unable to get to you when labor starts is provided by Becca DeMartini. You can check her out at www.loveinlabor.com. 

  •  I am a member of the Doula Care Collective which is a group of amazing doulas and midwives who support each other while building community. we arrange monthly gatherings for all new/current/past doula families to come meet the back-ups as well as get to know other local families.

As a doula, I do not:

  • Perform clinical tasks, such as taking blood pressure, fetal heart checks, or vaginal exams. I am there to provide non-medical physical comfort and emotional support.

  • Make decisions for you. I will help you obtain the information necessary to make an informed choice. I will also remind you if there is a departure from your birth preferences.
